Apologies for the Christmas Card Section disappearing

12 December 2008

Website Christmas Header 600 pxls

Apologies to everyone that has contacted us during the week, regarding the sudden disappearance of the newly launched Greetings Card area in the Shop section.

Our web hosting company had to deal with an emergency and switch servers or risk losing the website content.

There was no time to warn us at the time and although the cards were viewable for a short period at the start of this month, by early Monday evening, this week, we became aware they had disappeared from the site.

The cards section is now fully active again at last.

These can be found under the new area in the Shop section entitled Christmas Cards

The Cards can also be mixed and matched, come in packs of sixes and twelve's and come complete with envelopes.

All we need from customers is the amounts of each card and the rest will be done by the guys here at the Keep.

We have been in touch with all the customers that tried to order the cards and have said we will add a little bonus in their orders as a thank you for their patience.

In the meantime, anyone else wishing to make a purchase, please feel free to do so.

We will ship any orders before the last seasonal postage dates, which we include below, for your convenience.

They are available from now to purchase from the Website up to Saturday 20th December within the UK and Channel Islands

Unfortunately due to the above issues we are unable to guarantee the shipping to the following countries in time for their last dates for postage, unless you have already placed an order with us, although we will, of course, still ship the products, if you place an order after the dates below:

Friday 5th December for South and Central America, Caribbean, Africa, Middle East, Far East, Asia, New Zealand, and Australia – Wednesday 10th December for USA, Canada, Japan, and Eastern Europe – Friday 12th December for Western Europe.

Again we apologise for any inconvenience caused by the loss of part of the website.
