This is a brief look in chronological order of the career of Tim Perkins up-to-date, in the worlds of comic books, theme parks and animation.

1980 Tim Perkins Leaves College and works for several companies producing Graphics as a Freelancer.

1981 Works for local Printers as in-house Graphic Designer.

1982 Works for local Sign Manufacturer as Graphic Designer.

1983 Tim begins work on "Hide Seek and Kill", re-writing a storyline he had written several years earlier whilst in the sixth form. 

1984 'Metempsychosis' written and drawn by Tim Perkins. Printed in issue #14 of Marvel UK's Mighty World of Marvel. Cover Date: July 1984. No payment due to work being a spotlight to potential new talent (who cared at that point?).

1985 Tim writes and draws several Fantasy comic stories: "More Fool I", "Soldier of Fortune" and "Under the Bed", amongst others.

1985 Produces 'Kin' written by Martin Lock for Harrier Comics' Swiftsure anthology comic, issue #6. Tim also produces his first episode of Ram Assassin also in issue #6, this follows on from the strip as drawn by Jeff Anderson. This is followed by two further episodes of 'Ram Assassin' in issues #7 & #8 again written by Martin Lock.

1985 First mainstream work for Marvel UK inking Barry Kitson on issue 50 of Transformers. Cover Date: 1st March 1986

1985-1987 Various work follows on from Marvel UK

1999 Last Puppy Dog Tales comic #12 for Newsstand Publications. Tim Leaves the Comic Business.

1999 Work begins at Kraftwork Animatronics as Concept Artist/Designer. Creates concepts, which are then built for various theme parks all over the world.

2000 Work begins at Morpheus Animations. Pre-production Art/Storyboards/Concept Art/Post-production Art/Screenplay/Novel.

  • Fantasy Art Unlimited Course is launched at Eanam Wharf Business Park Complex in Blackburn.
  • Commercial and Private Commissions undertaken.
  • First Mini-Comics Convention attended with Wizards Keep stand in Lancaster.

2007 First "Non-Wizards Keep" comic book work begins.

  • Wizards Keep - The Tim Perkins Blog is launched.
  • Wizards Keep "MySpace - ComicSpace - FaceBook" networks are set up.
  • Work continues on the Worlds End Graphic Novel.
  • Markosia comic Project - "Relentless".
  • Hot Wheels UK Comic work begins.
  • Work begins on conceptual artwork for the "Worlds End" figurines range. 
  • "Believe in Dreams" sister company, retail outlet opens at Botany Bay.
  • Tim attends first Comics Convention for nearly ten years at Bristol International Comics Expo 2007. 
  • Fantasy Art Unlimited Course is re-launched at new venue, Livesey Children's and All-Ages Centre, in Blackburn.
  • Twelve month post as Curriculum Support Teacher/Arts Ambassador for the local Borough begins.
  • Educational TimeMarks (TM & Copyright - Direct Ed) artwork production begins. 

2008

  • Markosia comic Project - "Relentless" is completed.
  • Hot Wheels UK Comic work continues.
  • Work continues on the Worlds End Graphic Novel.
  • Tim hires the services of three world class sculptors to produce the Worlds End figurines sculptures.
  • Tim hires the services of the first three internationally renowned comic artists to assist in producing additional Worlds End artwork for the Ashcan. Joe Rubinstein, John Ridgway, and Frank Zigarelli. 
  • "Worlds End" Ashcan, Figurines, BriteMat Mouse Mat, and Door Posters launch at the Wizards Keep stand at Bristol International Comics Expo 2008.
  • Wizards Keep attend Bristol International Comic Expo 2008 with a very impressive exhibition stand and line up of products.  
  • Educational TimeMarks (TM & Copyright- Direct Ed) artwork production continues.  
  • Wizards Keep "LinkedIn - Smallzone - Incoming - Zuda" networks are set up. 
  • Saturday July 9th, Bentley "Bogtrotter" arrives at the Keep. His Birthday is worked out backwards from his arrival and found to be April 5th.
  • Twelve month post as Curriculum Support Teacher/Arts Ambassador for the local Borough ends.
  • Fantasy Art Unlimited Course continues.
  • Mural Artz (TM & Copyright Wizards Keep) new product line launches.
  • Tim's "Worlds End" work showcases in Dez Skinn's "Comic Art NOW" book.
  • Tim's prose appear in "Jack Kirby Quarterly" Issue #15 with his personal appreciation of the Jack Kirby story, "Toxl The World Killer".  
  • Tim Pencils a "Worlds End" villains Charity Illustration, which is inked by Marc Stegbauer for the Minnesota Lupus Foundation and the CBLDF charities.
  • Tim produces colours over Jon Haward art on Simba Khan Promo Illustration for Bulletproof Comics. 
  • "Believe in Dreams" sister company, retail outlet continues at Botany Bay.
  • "Believe in Dreams" website launches on Saturday 25th October.
  • Tim attends Birmingham International Comics Show in October.
  • Tim attends Thought Bubble Comics Festival, in Leeds, in November 
  • First set of five different seasonal Greetings Cards released just in time for Christmas.
  • Worlds End Christmas Picture Competition 2008 launches.

2009

  • Worlds End Christmas Picture Competition 2008 WINNER announced on January 1st.
  • Worlds End "On the Run" Door Posters Launched on January 6th.
  • Wizards Keep "DownTheTubes - Multiply - Issuu" networks are set up.
  • Wizards Keep "Wee World" network is set up. 
  • Wizards Keep "BlogTalkRadio" network is set up. 
  • Wizards Keep "BT Tradespace" network is set up.   
  • Wizards Keep "Blogged" network is set up.
  • Wizards Keep "JacketFlap" network is set up.      
  • Tim announces opportunities to obtain affordable lithograhic printing to the comic industry through the Wizards Keep networks.
  • Hot Wheels UK Comic work continues.
  • Work continues on the Worlds End Graphic Novel.
  • Fantasy Bookmarks Launched on 20th January.
  • Educational TimeMarks (TM & Copyright- Direct Ed) artwork production continues. 
  • Yelena Zamor comics colourist is hired to produce the flats for the Worlds End graphic novel.

  • "Believe in Dreams" sister company, retail outlet closes at Botany Bay - changing to web-based sales only.
  • Fantasy Art Unlimited Course continues, which increases in regularity, due to popularity of the course.
  • Fantasy Art Unlimited Course NEW Forum launches.

  • October 30th - November 3rd - Attends first ever MaltaCon, as an invited guest.
  • October 31st - Tutors workshops for children at MaltaCon with Mike Collins.

2010

  • Worlds End Manga Picture Competition 2009 WINNER announced on January 1st.
  • Work continues on the Worlds End Graphic Novel - Tim now switches to using primarily Painter and uses Photoshop as a secondary program. 
  • More children's book work for various clients.
  • Website sections given NEW logos.
  • Worlds End gallery enlarged.
  • Tim Perkins Wizards Keep "Twitter" network is set up.

  • MaltaComicCon2 - Worlds End T-Shirts launch

2011

  • Bentley "Bogtrotter" celebrates his 10th Birthday at the Keep.
  • Worlds End lettering produced in USA by Comicraft.
  • Worlds End graphic novel finished and goes to print in Bosnia.
  • Worlds End Video Teaser Trailer produced and launched.
  • Worlds End Website launched - www.worlds-end.co.uk
  • Gweldar "Twitter" network set up.

2012

  • Main consignment of books arrive from Bosnia.
  • New Sections added to the Worlds End website - Fan Art - Reviews - Interviews - Arcanum.
  • Worlds End - Volume 2 - A Hard Reign's Gonna Fall - Final Draft of Script finished.
  • Worlds End - Volume 2 - A Hard Reign's Gonna Fall - Pencilling begins.
  • Worlds End Colouring & Storybook is put on production schedule.
  • Worlds End Colouring & Storybook is launched at MaltaComicCon4 2012.
  • New Competition is launched to coincide with the launch - The PRIZE for the WINNER is a Paid opportunity to work alongside Tim as the Colourist on a Worlds End Project - to be announced following the announcement of the winning entry.
  • New Wizards Keep and Worlds End Facebook pages are created.

2013

  • February - Worlds End Limited Edition Signed & Numbered Portfolios are launched at Sci Fi Weekender in March 2013.
  • Worlds End - Volume 2 - A Hard Reign's Gonna Fall - Pencilling continues.
  • August - Tim's dedication used in Worlds End Volume 1 is used in the Danny Boyle biography, written by Amy Raphael as the 2013 quotation to the foreword.
  • Prose Story Celestial Song of Love published on the Worlds End Website.
  • October - Worlds End - Volume 2 - A Hard Reign's Gonna Fall Ashcan2 is launched at the Inaugural Lakes International Comic Art Convention in Kendal - Cumbria.
  • October - First two Worlds End themed Mugs launched at the Inaugural Lakes International Comic Art Convention in Kendal - Cumbria.
  • November - Gabriella Golden hired as Tim's NEW personal Flat Colours Assistant for Worlds End - Volume 2 - A Hard reign's Gonna Fall.
  • November - MaltaComicCon - Tim is asked to draw a caricature of the Maltese President as though as Superman late Saturday. The Maltese Prime Minister presents the illustration to the President along with Tim and Fabio Agius live on stage in front of the audience, which is broadcast LIVE on Malta TV on the Sunday.

2014

  • January - Worlds End Colouring & Storybook Search for Colourist Competition Winner announced - Stefan Agius hired as colourist on a special paid Worlds End project in the near future.
  • Next Four Worlds End themed Mugs launched to complete the set of six Mugs.
  • July - First Colour Flats come in from Gabriella Golden.
  • September - Worlds End now on sale at Travelling Man in Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle and York - also at OK Comics in Leeds and The Batcave in Blackburn.
  • November - Worlds End layouts completed.
  • Worlds End Poster Project published and launched at MaltaComicCon 2014 - Art: Tim Perkins - Painted Art: Stefan Agius.
  • 12 The Witching Hour Sketchbook is published.

2015

  • January - Worlds End - Volume 2 - A Hard Reign's Gonna Fall - Painting begins.
  • January - Tim attends True Believers Comic Festival.
  • February - New "All At Sea!" Worlds End A4 Poster launches Art by Tim with digital paints by Stefan Agius.
  • August - Tim is a guest at Wonderlands Graphic Novel Festival.
  • October - NEW Dinoswords - The Primordial Edition Website launches and NEW Dinoswords - The Primordial Edition comic goes to Print at Direct-ED - Pre-Sales Announced.
  • June - Wizards Keep is 10 Years Old. Party held with special guests invited along from the world of comics and family and friends.
  • December - NEW Dinoswords - The Primordial Edition Comic World Launches at MaltaComicCon 2015.
  • December - New "All At Sea!" Worlds End A4 Poster launches at MaltaComicCon 2015 - Signing by Tim and Stefan.
  • New Dinoswords Facebook pages are created.

2016

  • January - Worlds End - Volume 2 - A Hard Reign's Gonna Fall - Painting continues.
  • January Creative Curriculum Comics artwork starts for Direct-ED. Scripts and Art by Tim - Edits by Joe Mugan and Tim.
  • July - Tim is a Guest at Preston Comic Con.
  • November - Tim is a Guest at Blackburn Comic Con.
  • November - Tim is a guest speaker at Educated Yorkshire - Comics as a Teaching Aid.
  • Worlds End Calendar 2017 launched.

2017

  • January - Worlds End - Volume 2 - A Hard Reign's Gonna Fall - Painting continues.
  • January - Tim is commissioned to create a piece of tribute art for the coffee table "100 Years" Centenary Celebration book - Kirby and Me. Tim draws and paints, his favourite Jack Kirby villain, Darkseid
  • April - Worlds End - Volume 2 - A Hard Reign's Gonna Fall Pre-Sales Open with Sales Incentives.
  • Creative Curriculum Comics continues for Direct-ED. Scripts and Art by Tim - Edits by Joe Mugan and Tim.
  • Tim is a speaker at the Education Show at the NEC in Birmingham.
  • March - The Kirby and Me book arrives with Tim's tribute art, Darkseid inside it.
  • June - Lancaster Comics Day - Tim is a panellist on the Jack Kirby Panel.
  • July - Tim is a guest at St Helens Comic Con.
  • August - Tim is a panellist on Glenn Fleming's The Jack Kirby A Personal Journey DVD Panel at Oldham Library.

2018

  • January - Worlds End - Volume 2 - A Hard Reign's Gonna Fall - Painting continues.
  • January - December Revamping of the entire Direct-ED Exercise Book Cover Ranges begins.
  • New inner content is created for Direct-ED Exercise books.
  • Education Show at the NEC in Birmingham.
  • New books are created for Direct-ED
  • Creative Curriculum Comics artwork Continue for Direct-ED. Scripts and Art by Tim - Edits by Joe Mugan and Tim.
  • Fully Painted Environment Comic Cover/Poster Art created for Direct-ED.

2019

  • June - Worlds End final pages of lettering produced in USA by Jimmy Betancourt of Comicraft.
  • July - Worlds End • Volume 2 - A Hard Reign's Gonna Fall Artwork finished.
  • August - Final Artwork edits and tweaks for Worlds End • Volume 2 - A Hard Reign's Gonna Fall.
  • August - Worlds End • Volume 2 - A Hard Reign's Gonna Fall final edits/design and sent to L.E.G.O. in Italy to be printed.
  • November - Worlds End • Volume 2 - A Hard Reign's Gonna Fall is World books arrive back from L.E.G.O. in Italy. They are inspected at Direct-ED where the pallets are checked off the wagon and then the books are checked for quality. The printers have done an incredible job.
  • November - Worlds End • Volume 2 - A Hard Reign's Gonna Fall is World Launch at MFCC TA' QALI in Malta.
  • November - Worlds End • Volume 2 - A Hard Reign's Gonna Fall UK Launch at The Whitehall Hotel - Darwen - Lancashire.
  • November - Worlds End • Volume 1 - The Riders on the Storm - Grand Charity Giveaway. 800 copies are given away to local children for Christmas.
  • December - Christmas Fair at The Whitehall Hotel - Darwen - Lancashire.

2020

  • January - Script written for Worlds End • Volume 3 - Don't Fear The Reapers.
  • January - Script written for Worlds End • Volume 4 - Close to the Edge.
  • March - Children's Book (watercolours on Saunders Waterford watercolour paper) The Adventures of Albie and Olive - Written by Joe Mugan - Art by Tim starts
  • April - Children's Book (watercolours on Saunders Waterford watercolour paper) The Adventures of Albie and Olive - Written by Joe Mugan - Art by Tim finished.
  • April - August - New Environment Comic created Script: Joe Mugan - Art: Tim for Direct-ED
  • March - Sadly, Gaby cannot continue as Colour Flats Assistant Wizard.
  • March - Search for a NEW Colour Flats Assistant Wizard Announced
  • May - September All Front and Back Pages Pencilled and Design work completed for Worlds End • Volume 3 - Don't Fear The Reapers.
  • May - September All Front and Back Pages Pencilled and Design work completed for Worlds End • Volume 4 - Close to the Edge, except for the Endpapers and the Cover.
  • May - Finished Painted Cover for Worlds End • Volume 3 - Don't Fear The Reapers Announced.
  • June - Tim's Artwork will be featured during each installation process of the latest Painter 2021 software in Corel's painting program. This is a real feather in the cap for Tim's artwork.
  • September - December Strip Pages for Worlds End • Volume 3 - Don't Fear The Reapers are being worked on.
  • October - Ric Lumb hired as NEW Colour Flats Assistant Wizard.

2021

  • January - Strip Pages for Worlds End • Volume 3 - Don't Fear The Reapers continue to be worked on.
  • February - New Prose Story Announced on the Worlds End website.
  • March - First of Ric Lumb's Flats announced.
  • September - NEW A2 Poster "Something Aoevill This Way Comes" launches with FULL Art by "HOT" New Artist, Tom Longworth.
